 Each session is strictly 60 minutes in duration. To ensure a seamless transition between students and to respect the schedule of subsequent classes, sessions will conclude promptly at the scheduled time. Each sessions will consist of 50 minutes of interactive instruction followed by a 10-minute dedicated discussion period. Should a student arrive late, the session will proceed within the remaining time and conclude as originally scheduled. The full session fee remains applicable.

If for any unavoidable reason your child will miss a lesson, please get in touch. If notice is provided less than 24 hours before the session start time, or in the event of an unexplained absence, the session fee will remain non-refundable and will not be eligible for rescheduling. Exceptions may be made at my discretion for documented emergencies or illness.

To ensure your child receives the highest quality of instruction, I ask cameras to be kept on and their name to be displayed throughout the session. Having the camera on allows me to read non-verbal cues—such as a puzzled look or a nod of understanding—which are essential for me to tailor my teaching in real-time. It also fosters a sense of focus and accountability, helping your child stay engaged with the interactive elements of the lesson. If you choose not to have cameras on, please let me know beforehand. 

Respect: Students must be respectful toward the tutor and fellow students. We operate a zero bullying tolerance. Students will be withdrawn and will remain non-refundable.

Prohibited Behaviour: Inappropriate language or significant disturbances are not permitted.

Consequences: Violation of these rules will result in instant removal from the digital classroom. The session will remain payable in full and is non-refundable.
